	Magnetic Head Pulleys Mounted at the discharge end of the conveyor, the magnetic head pulley separates ferrous debris from material flow. This is a very efficient way of removing nails and other ferrous debris which is buried in the burden. An excellent supplement to a suspended separator magnet system. Units are available in a variety of sizes and include shaft sized and keyed to your specifications.
	Plate Magnets Designed for mounting in a chute or sloped tray where material flows freely across surface of magnet. Plates are also designed for use on vibrating trays and tables. Excellent for use in the Wood Processing and Food & Grain industries where burden depth does not exceed 4 inches.
	Drum Magnetic Separators are comprised of a stationary permanent magnet enclosed in a non-magnetic stainless-steel drum. Product flow is diverted so that it falls onto the top and flows across the surface of the drum. Ferrous matter contained in the product flow is drawn to the drum's surface (and held against it) by the powerful magnet housed inside. Drum Separators can be provided as the drum only or as a complete assembly with the housing and drive included.
	Magnetic Drawer-in-Housing Magnetic drawer-in-housing units utilize two or more levels of offset magnetic grates to redirect product as it flows through the housing. This increases amount of tramp metal exposed to the tube magnets, and it's separation from product flow is maximized.
	Magnetic Chutes Magnetic chute separators are ideal for extracting ferrous tramp metal from high-volumes of dry product flowing vertically through a chute. Each unit utilizes two powerful permanent magnets, a drawer-in-housing assembly and a product flow diverter. When cleaning is required, the drawer is unlocked and pulled out and the tramp metal attracted to its sides clears the magnetic field and drops into a collection bin for easy disposal. Available in Standard and Deep Reach styles.
	Tube Grate Magnets Tube grate magnets provide an effective means for removing ferrous chips, fines, nuts, bolts and metal particles from fluids or loosely packed, free-flowing materials. Whether round or square , our tube magnets provide over a century of use with less than one-percent loss of magnetic pull.
