These magnetic grates feature durable round tube magnets welded into grid configurations for use with hopper, bin and chute applications where ferrous tramp metal separation is the goal.

When constructing the square, rectangular or round grate your application demands, each round T304 stainless steel tube magnet is welded to stainless-steel framing at multiple locations. This prevents tube magnets from rotating, flexing or breaking away.

Standard Square and Rectangular grate sizes range from 6-by-6 to 40-by-40 inches. Round magnetic grates come in standard sizes from 6 to 40 inches diameter. Custom sizes, mountings and designs are available for both types.

In addition, we offer 60, 90 and 360 degree diverters ideal for applications in which the size and coarseness of product and tramp metal are a concern.
