1- Magnetic chute separators are ideal for extracting ferrous tramp metal from high-volumes of dry product flowing vertically through a chute. Each unit utilizes two powerful permanent magnets, a drawer-in-housing assembly, and a product flow diverter. The two magnets are mounted on opposite sides of the bottomless drawer assembly. The product flow diverter is mounted above and along the centerline of the drawer in a manner parallel to the two magnets.
2- Our specialty designed conveyor magnets will help separate unwanted debris and metals from your raw materials and make for a safe finished product and reduce downtime due to equipment breakdowns.
3- Mounted at the discharge end of the conveyor, the magnetic head pulley separates ferrous debris from material flow. This is a very efficient way of removing nails and other ferrous debris that is buried in the burden.
4- Our lifting magnets are some of the strongest in the industry, handling weights from 500 to 3000 pounds to ensure maximum hold for any need.
